Installation: Genghis Khan

Highlights:
• Assembled an authentically recreated Mongolian Ger, or “yurt”.
• Exhibit owner remarked that this installation was the best he had seen in it performed in 11 cities.

Summary of duties:
Coordinate installation with Exhibit owners including: staffing, logistics and storage. Lead a team of Discovery Place Exhibits staff and contractors throughout the installation under the guidance of the Genghis Khan Lead Installer. Installed Mila Wal panels, unloaded freight, assembled scenic pieces, handled artifacts, A/V components installation, environmental graphics installation. Resolved any ongoing maintenance issues with the exhibition during the show period: lamp replacements, media player issues and general wear and tear due to the accessibility of scenic items combined with the science museum clientele.
