The 3,500-square-foot exhibit focuses on how these creatures move, create disguises, defend themselves and survive in the winter. It includes illustrations of frog species and their environments mixed with facts, information and videos.(Charlotte Observer)

 

Discovery Place Science

Highlights:
• Leading a small team to install one large mannequin, 200 spheres and several vertical light fixtures from an overhead grid to meet the exhibit designer’s vision.

Summary of duties:
Coordinate logistics of freight delivery. Lead team of Discovery Place Exhibits staff and contractors throughout the installation. Unpacking freight, assembling scenic environments, A/V component installation, scrim and graphic panel installation

Note: This exhibition was installed and deinstalled multiple times. During each cycle I was responsible for all the duties listed above for each install and deinstall, making improvements and streamlining the process.
